Reflective Professional Supervision
A supportive, collaborative group for professionals working with young people that will provide a confidential forum for individual discussion. A forum to enable individuals to be emotionally and practically supported by the facilitator and other colleagues. It will also be an environment to share strategies and ideas. A safe place to encourage reflective practice, with small groups of 6.

- Enable reflective process and self-awareness
- Pooling of skills, experience and knowledge
